In modern style house project using the main ingredient of this natural cedar and fiber cement panels for the ‘box’ house. Created insulated in order to maximize access to natural light and views while still maintaining the privacy of people who are in the house.
Lets go inside this 3 floors home plans:
The public area located on first floor, wide glasses window able to incorporate sunlight into the room with warm nuances. The living room used a hardwood flooring like the other house part. Black furniture with contemporary style and complete with wall mounted fireplace.
There are bedrooms on the second floor with clean white color scheme and a shared office on the third one. Because of the limitation space, the interior decorated with minimalist furniture and placed as effective as possible. The south facade of the house features large expanses of glass and is protected by a cedar sun screen, it will produce a warm natural light from the outside.
