AGi Architects has successfully built 6 house unit in one area with same design but different shape in Yarmouk City, Kuwait. All house built in a very near space, so it’s look like one unit very big building. They also has a similar design both outdoor and indoor, same color themes and decoration ways.Imagine, there are 6 different house building with same design concept in one unit. Building this building complexity level require a high accuracy and patience. Not only can accommodate all the family in comfort, safety factors have also been addressed properly by the AGI architects. From the designer: Each of the three adjacent plots is divided to accommodate two houses: the front facing the street near the center and rear, facing the Fifth Ring Road highway. Services trees and skylights separating the outer 2 houses on each parcel.
The villas are primarily introverted courtyard houses. Large windows overlook the main areas that this court create light and shadow of dramatic contrasts, while the smaller band of windows facing the street. Various outdoor spaces are located at different levels to provide enough light in adjacent spaces, in addition to creating outdoor terraces and a pool on the first floor.
