Here is modern house design with great concept modern minimalist house design. The house design is modern and open, expressive materials, details and craftsmanship, but it was easily assimilated into the urban context of older homes. Any place with an open floor plan and a decent-sized dining room can be a great place to throw a party. 147 Laidley was designed and built by the owners architect Jim Zack and Lise de Vito, and they now occupy with their two children.
Design was done by the firm of couples architecture, Zack / de Vito Architecture, with Lisa taking the lead role of designer. Construction was completed by their company to support the construction BuiltForm Construction.
Laidley House by Zackde Vito Architecture – Outdoor Yard Design
The house is a new ground up single-family residence located on a typical 25′x100 ‘lot filling of San Francisco. The house is just over 3,000 m², three bedrooms + three bathrooms and an open living room with spectacular views over the city, the bay and the Bay Bridge. The house was designed and built with sustainability in mind, using appropriate materials, systems and construction techniques. In addition to the now standard fare of quick recovery, renewable, low toxicity materials, solar photovoltaic systems and electric hot water, one of the most innovative approaches to construction was a system of coaching panels, with 90% of the structure of the product off site and assembled in 3 1 / 2 weeks.
