By Designer: “Located in Highland Park, Texas, a district rich in the city of Dallas, there was a pool and cabana addition to an existing home. setbacks and zoning regulations strictly limit the possible location for this small addition – only 730 square feet. Regulations necessary for the township that the addition be connected to the main house by a “wall and a roof” while matching the style and palette of materials existing house.”
