Bed is the main decorative element in the bedroom. Bed is above all the basic equipment which your sleep will depend on. However, sleep on time and enough is health for our body. Confuse how to choose your bed? Here are some tips how to choose right bed design.
A good bed is through a quality mattress
Whether you opt for a foam mattress, latex mattress or spring, pay attention to the level of firmness. In most cases, we tend to choose the mattress firmer line, it becomes almost a reflex. However, it is relative: it is not because a mattress is firm that will guarantee you a good sleep! Indeed, the choice of mattress should take account of the stoutness of each. If you weigh 50 to 60kg, for example, a softer mattress at your convenience. In contrast, a person who weighs more than 80Kg, the firm mattress is more than recommended because the coating deforms under the weight. Choosing the appropriate bed mattress
Second, we must know that the choice will depend on the mattress of the bed and vice versa. There are two types of mattresses: the box spring and bed frame with slats. The first offers comfort and fits well with a firm mattress while the latter offers the opportunity to ask two different mattresses on the same bed, where the couple did not even build. Regarding the combination of box spring and mattress, you’ll have more choices with slatted base that can accommodate both a mattress spring mattress foam that while the box spring is used exclusively with a spring mattress.
Take good bed, taking into account the size
The format is one of the criteria to be used before bed to creak. Those who have a spacious room has a wider choice as they can afford all sizes. If you do not get to sleep in a large room, you’ll be tempted to choose a small bed. This does not pose any problem if you’re not very big but if this is not the case, do not you demanding a bed. Anyway, choose a bed with a length of 20cm longer than your height in order to stretch it. On the market, you can choose between different mattress sizes, namely 140 x 190 cm, 160 x 200 cm and 180 x 200. If you measure over 1.80m, it is preferable to opt for the larger format, including the 200 x 200 cm.
